Good day steemians,it is another wonderful week and i wish you all a blissful week ahead. Today i just feel like saying something on appreciation,it is so sad or bad to see that despite all the things God has done for us yet some people still find it hard to just say Father i thank you. The truth is we should always thank this our God in all season,if things are rosy or bad just give thanks to your maker.The bible says in 1 chronicles 16:34
Give thanks to the almighty, for he is good and his love endures forever.
Christians today
The truth is that the reason why you see most christians in church today is because they have one problem or the other,when things are rosy for an individual they forget God and just move on as if to say there is no God. But when problems and tribulation arises that is when the person ill remember he has a church to go to, meanwhile all those while when things were going smooth you forgot to even say a prayer. We must know that given thanks and appreciation at all times makes our God to be happy, and what happens when someone is happy .For instance a father who is proud and happy for his son would get that boy anything he wants as long as the money is available ,now how much more our heavenly father who created all things. One thing we should know is that our God is not blind he is ominiscience ,he seeth all things.When he blesses you with something he expects you to always give thanks so that the blessing will be permanent but some people fail to look at it from this angle and then they think they have arrived already that no one can collect their blessings back. For those that will say what has God done for me look at me i am suffering ,no food,clothes and good shelter .I must tell you being alive alone is a big reason to always thank this God ,we are not paying a dime for this air we breathe and we have been breathing since the day we were born. Go to the hospital and see people who live on oxygen then see how much they spend per day to be alive then you will know God is great.
Bible passages
After God delivered the people of isreal it was recorded in exodus 15:20 that
Miriam,who is the older sister to Aaron and moses thanked God while playing her tambourine and dancing.
After God granted hannah's request the bible says in 1 samuel 2:11
Hannah gave a long prayer of thanks to God, because God answered her prayer for a son. She also fulfilled her promise of taking him back to the church.
Finally, the 10 lepers in luke 17:11-19
Ten lepers came to Jesus and asked him to heal them. Jesus directed them to a priest,after the healing only one returned to thank Jesus, and the bible says he was not even a jew. Because he came back he received total healing.
In conclusion
Let us all learn to thank and appreciate this God ,he has been so good and merciful in one way or the other. Just a little time everyday to say daddy i thank you won't hurt.

The children of Isreal were never grateful they complained and murmured at any slightest chance of difficultly, which should not be so, David took it upon himself to always praise God even when he was faced with tough situation.
Job praised God, in his suffering and never complained despite his terrible state,
He was however restored
That's why Christians must always learn to trust God and have faith in him and give thanks no matter the situation.
