How to form teams?

This will give you authority, so that in the future, if there is a need to correct, exhort, admonish or discipline, it will also be accepted.

The leader and the resolution of conflicts

When it comes to resolving conflicts between disciples, or members of a team. The leader must strive to be neutral and show neutral, never bias towards one of the parties, so feel it. Because this will subtract moral authority from the team.

It is recommended in case of differences that merit your intervention, that you listen initially to the parties in conflict separately and then a second meeting where each one exposes his version in presence of the counterpart, if the difference is between two groups or 2 people.
