The leader and team formation
Leadership is a topic widely discussed by a multitude of authors and lecturers. We all agree on the importance of good leaders, but the success of any company (family, business, religious, political), rather than a leader, depends on the legacy that leaves.
The leader who cares about the legacy (inheritance) that he will leave, will take care of forming (serving) his generation. Understanding as a legacy, the contribution, model, example of life and work, that he knows how to transmit to his subordinates, after he ceases to exist.

How to form teams?
Teams must be formed, with the vision of the transcendence that we wish to leave behind. A businessman in the food industry, for example, will take care not only to modernize his company or factory, to have an excellent quality control, to have excellent products that meet the quality requirements of the public and the country, good service, but it will take care that after his death, the company continues to function as well, or better than if he were there present.
In Jesus Christ we observed this action, he took care that his work (The Gospel) continued to spread after him and called, trained, trained, trained and trained disciples, who then continued his legacy.

Jesus Christ formed a team of direct followers, whom he selected after a prayer vigil. He selected 12 men who were with him, closely, who listened to his teachings, explained them, saw his miracles, and their attitudes to different challenges of daily life. Although some actions of Jesus Christ, his disciples did not understand them in the beginning, later they understood why he was doing things that nobody had done before.
In the formation of teams, it is important, not only the present skills that the prospect has, the important thing is what will become later. The leader must occupy time in prayer and training of his student, always focused on the final benefit of the reproduction of the character of Jesus Christ, and the fruits that will provide for the Kingdom of God.
Just as there are different temperaments (choleric, sanguine, phlegmatic and melancholic) there are different situations, by which, the temperament of the leader and his disciple will be molded, if they allow it.
The first thing that will be tested will be your faith, then your obedience, later patience and finally your perseverance to the end. Hence, it is important that from the beginning the leader show and teach his disciples, that he is finally expected of him. It is important for the leader to assign assignments, small goals, then medium and, in the end, to his disciples as their progress is shown in each of the stages.
In the structuring of the work team it is important, recognition, praise and congratulation when reaching the goals. This is an important aspect that the leader must keep in mind. This will give you authority, so that in the future, if there is a need to correct, exhort, admonish or discipline, it will also be accepted.
The leader and the resolution of conflicts
When it comes to resolving conflicts between disciples, or members of a team. The leader must strive to be neutral and show neutral, never bias towards one of the parties, so feel it. Because this will subtract moral authority from the team.
It is recommended in case of differences that merit your intervention, that you listen initially to the parties in conflict separately and then a second meeting where each one exposes his version in presence of the counterpart, if the difference is between two groups or 2 people.
The leader as mediator must have as a goal the conciliation, that is, the reconciliation of the two parties involved in the conflict and never, give the impression of being a combat referee, who decides a winner and a loser. Because this would reveal that it is not a person that solves conflicts, but on the contrary it aggravates them.
The end of the resolution of human conflicts, is to bring the parties closer, to experience peace, despite the differences, conflicts can be resolved, or be reduced in smaller portions in stages, and this in itself, already represents a achievement in the negotiation.
Many of the most difficult situations will be a negotiation, as long as it does not represent a violation of the individual rights of the human being-

A spiritual leader must be a person who has a strong conviction of God, especially in the apredication of Christ
The church needs leaders. And not precisely to direct the services, to entrust the "biblical exercises" or to remember the events of the Ministry of Women. The church needs guides, models, examples; people who show the way and who, as Paul said, are irreproachable, of good testimony, full of the Holy Spirit and wise....
