THE PENITENT CRY OF A SINCERE HEART.
'Thou Son of David have mercy on me'
Are you burdened with sin and condemnation? Are you carrying burden too heavy? Are you distressed having struggled to no avail? Are you encompassed with countless troubles? Is your soul desiring a relationship with God?
Have you fallen countless time? Have you really seen your present condition? Are you penitent/ humble enough to cry to God?
Then you may, like this blind man, cry; 'thou Son of David have mercy on me'. It does matter what people around say; what they think shouldn't be your trouble. All you need is to cry out THOU SON OF DAVID HAVE MERCY ON ME.

That is His messianic name. He is the Root of David. He is the very Seed of the woman. He is coming King and the Judge of the earth. You can take refuge in His atoning blood. You can run to Him, who is the real City of Refuge. He is the Lover of your soul and the One who died for you.
Repent!
