In many wars and conflicts the religious leaders of both sides affirm that god is on their side "religion has always participated in all the war of the stories, affirms the book The Causes of War. Hostile situation that is accompanied by actions aimed at subjugating or annihilating who is considered an enemy
The Bible says, Christians are not allowed to fight against their enemies, the apostle Paul wrote to his fellow believers: "As far as it depends on you, be peaceful with all men. Do not take revenge "Roman 12:18:19.
Instead of sending his followers to fight Jesus told them: Continue to love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you; to show they are children of their Parents who is in Heaven 2 (Matthew 5: 44,45). Jesus, man of peace, said that "all those who take the sword will perish by the sword." (Mt 26:52.) Pilate told him that if his Kingdom had been of this world, his servants would have fought to prevent him from being handed over to the Jews. (Jn 18:36) However, he predicted that because Jerusalem had rejected him as the Messiah, he would suffer siege and desolation, during which his "sons" (inhabitants) would be 'thrown to the ground'. (Lu 19: 41-44; 21:24.)

Shortly before his death, Jesus pronounced prophecies that applied to that generation and also to the time when he began his presence in the power of the Kingdom: "They will hear of wars and reports of wars; see that they are not terrified. Because these things have to happen, but it is not yet the end. For nation will rise against nation and kingdom against kingdom. " (Mt 24: 6, 7, Mr 13: 7, 8, Lu 21: 9, 10.)
Even when the country in which you live is at war you must remain neutral, because you are not part of the world (John 15:19).
If God wants those who adore them in all nations to love their enemies and be neutral.
It is evident, then, that God did not authorize the first Christians to fight, because in antiquity he ordered his servants to participate in some, as can be confirmed in the Bible. But, on the other hand, there are those who know that Jesus Christ, the Son of God, taught his disciples to love their enemies (Matthew 5:43, 44). They come to the conclusion that, at some point, God changed his way of thinking and now condemns wars.

Thank you and may God bless you all. Your comments and contributions will be appreciated. We are going to grow spiritually together as we share the word of God.
