That someone pretend to be a leader, without first learning to respect, obey and honor their leaders is something incoherent. The Bible is full of teachings on this. Let's see some:

"Remember your pastors, who spoke to you the word of God, consider what the result of their behavior and imitate their faith, obey your pastors and submit to them, because they watch over your souls as those who must give an account, so that they may do it with joy, if they complain, because this is not profitable for you "(Hebrews 13:17).

"Brothers, we beg you to respect the leaders of the church, they work hard to teach you to live your Christian life, so treat them with respect and love for everything they do, and live in peace with one another" (1 Thessalonians 5: 12,13)

"Church leaders who do their job well deserve to be paid double, especially those who advertise and teach the good news, because the Bible says," Do not stop the ox from eating while shelling the wheat. " He says: "Whoever works, deserves to be paid." When someone accuses a leader, ask him to present two witnesses, if he does not, pay no attention to him "(1 Timothy 5: 17-19)

Who does not set an example of humility and obedience, nor subject to their earthly leaders, but pretends to be the maximum sovereign, to not have to whom to render accounts, does not serve to be leader. Only a pastor can be a pastor.

In doctrine and in the Christian faith, there are fundamental principles to be observed by all, such as:
    1. EDUCATION, a factor responsible for good training and good behavior of citizens, which leads them to practice ethics, moral, interpersonal healthy and balanced with others. This is the responsibility of the parents in the home, and the leaders in the church. A bad education or the total absence of it is what leads a person to have bad behavior.
    1. THE SUBJECTION TO THE SUPERIOR AUTHORITIES, considering that there is no authority that does not come from God. The believer who aspires to be a leader, and develop a position of important influence, must begin by obedience and subjection to his immediate leaders. It is incoherent that someone pretends to command and does not like to obey, or that he claims to demand the support of others towards him, and does not like to subject himself to superiors, or that he likes to be respected but does not like to honor anyone, but rather treats others as subalterns or slaves. Unfortunately that bad behavior is seen in many pastors who perform their work in our country. It is shameful to say this, but it is true, their conceit makes them feel great and to see others as very small. What a lack of humility!

Dealing with the lack of ethics and ministerial formation in pastors and leaders is not easy, because nobody likes to put his finger on the wound.
