My presence will go with you, and I will give you rest. Exodus 33:14
I remember a day when small children, was crying over not being able to sleep. It turns out it was already almost deeply asleep and a noise woke him (a ring). Sometimes in our daily live happens to us something; I say something because maybe it is a noise from the common or the celebration of a neighbor, etc; but that's fleeting, since probably the noise runs out or you end up getting used to it.
But what do we do when that doesn't let us sleep is not something external? Yes, the hardest thing is trying to get to sleep when reality punched even to our subconscious. The problems of life are many, we would perhaps say that there is a vast range of them; some reached us by surprise and we are looking for others on our own.
I ask you not to worry about the difficulties of life, since doing so implies that you have a layout target that is not going in the right direction. The detail here is to know if this problem is to take your peace; Since you have the right to suffer, but not to live in it. Not only should you stay suffering for what could or might; You must also make the solution to reach your life, since God always seeks to set you free but we have to do something first, and that is called take initiative.
Initiative is launched to do things without thinking, we know consider the implications for my life and that of others, since as we all know: "every action has a reaction".
Always remember that it is more worthwhile to reveal is enjoying a party with someone you love, spend the night caring for a family member, etc. But if today you are thinking of not being able to sleep by this anguish, remember that your brain must also rest to be fresh and find the best solution with the help of God (if equipped) or accept the reality with maturity. If you can not do that, remember that during the night God accompanying and watching your insomnia or your dream is.
I sleep in peace, and also sleep; because only you, Lord, make me to live confident. Psalm 4:8
Pleasant are the sayings of my mouth and the meditation of my heart before you, o Lord, my rock and my Redeemer. Psalm 19:14
You cast your burden on the Lord, and he you sustain; He will not let for ever fallen to the fair. Psalms 55:22
You will keep in perfect peace him whose mind you persevere; because you have committed. Trust in the Lord forever, for in the Lord the Lord is the strength of the centuries. Isaiah 26:3-4
