Ingredients
1 and 1/2 cups of rice
2 and 1/2 cups of water
2 cinnamon sticks
2 cups of coconut milk
1 can of condensed milk
1 cup of grated coconut
1/4 teaspoon of salt
Cinnamon powder to taste
Lemon peel (to decorate)
Instructions
Place the rice in a colander and wash it with plenty of water.
Place the rice, cinnamon on branches and water in a large pot and cook on high heat for about 8 minutes or until the rice opens.
Add the coconut milk and When you release the first boil, lower the heat to medium low and cook for 10 minutes.
Add the condensed milk and mix well until everything is well incorporated. The fire is lowered and cooked for 10 minutes. Stirring constantly to prevent the rice from sticking.
Add the grated coconut and salt and cook for 10 more minutes.
Place in the source where you are going to serve and sprinkle cinnamon powder to taste. (You can eat warm or cold).
