Do you feel you are all alone? That you are not getting the proper attention, encouragement you should get or you seek for? Or that you don't receive the same love and and concern you render to others?
Well I am here to remind you that all you seek for and could ever ask for is in CHRIST.
No Wonder he said in his word "Come unto me all you that labour and are heavy laden and I will give you rest" (Matt 11:28)
Let's consider these words COME and GIVE.
The lord didn't say go your way,live your life and I will give you rest
Rather he is calling out to us that we should COME unto him. He will give us,yes he is willing to give us all we seek for (love,joy, peace of mind,breakthrough,health,wealth) name them. But all this will be possible only and only if we go to him as he has commanded us to.
Some times we seek for all these things in the wrong places, at times we get disappointed that no one is encouraging our little efforts or no one cares,little do we know that its only God that sees and will reward every of our labour and will always compensate our little effort in a better way.
Here is a personal story I would love to share with you
It's quite sad that a friend of mine despite the fact that she knew she wasn't going to be fine and things weren't going too well at home she still went ahead to help her friend in a ceremony that was held on the same day she was born. She left home the previous day just to help out but at some point, it was late and she decided to sleep out for the first time outside her home even when she knew she would be scolded for it but at that point in time she had no other options. Now she had to stay up late at night to still help with the preparation for the ceremony in the little way she could. Finally at dawn, everything was set in place and things were going on smoothly but almost at the end of the ceremony, a mistake that everyone believed couldn't have called for a show was made,that she flared up and started saying all manners of unpleasant things to her. Which left the girl in a state of confusion and devastation that one could even hear the pain in her voice.
Watching the scene I couldn't do anything to help the situation. Everyone left in pain,disappointment and anguish.
Now what am I trying to say,Her friend actually forgot in a second that the girl had to go through a lot just to be there for her and help her out,forgetting she left the comfort of her home,bed and probably the fun she would have had on her own birthday. It might not have occurred to her that sacrificing and totally ignoring your own birthday for the happiness of others worths more.
This is exactly what I am telling you this evening. People are bound to overlook that little effort of yours and will always disappoint you and make you less important but God is telling you not to be discouraged, he says you are very Important to him and that he needs you but all you have to do is go to him. He so loved us that is why he sacrificed his only son Jesus Christ that we might be saved through him and have an ever lasting life,joy and many more.
Come to Jesus,he is the way out!!
