This is the inaugural event of what we are hoping will bring the Steem Contest World together, so that you can have fun an build a community!

I wanted the first event to be easy, fun, teach something, build community and make us all laugh!

So what better way then a QuickShot

With a twist 1 small difference since it's the first it will run for 2 days not 1!

I will choose the winners 48 hours from now and the reward pool distribution will come at 7 days when the upvote rewards on this post are sent to me.

Now, on to the Contest
Quickshot is a short creative contest for challenging yourself, learning and having fun!

QuickShot 1,1,1 will run for 48hrs from time I post this initial release.

Every participant must complete all the tasks for their entry to be valid.

Please understand that this a jovial poke fun at challenge today to build community, so no vulgarity!

I actually admire and like the subjects of today's contest and the goal here is to laugh at someone who brings us Joy in the Steem Community.....

To that end we are going Whale hunting, by creating a Meme from the following Picture of the 2 Jerry's...

Who are the 2 Jerrys?
1 is a comedian and the other ran the labor day telethon for MS for 50 years!

You will be allowed up to 3 entries in this contest, so be creative...

Now I'm more of a grouper (big fish) I'm not a whale or Dolphin

So we're going to have some fun poking at a big blue mammal who eats plankton....

And if you have seen one of his videos on what he calls music...you'd know why we have to do this!
We are going to Good naturedly Troll Jerry with these meme's on what ever his latest blog posting is.

Ok what are the Steps to participate....

1. upvote and resteem this post, and follow me before you put your entry in, so we can get your friends invited and build the reward pool
2. create your meme by using the picture I provided above.

1. place your meme up on SteemIt not Dmania because you need to write additional info in it. (that's were they are suppose to go.)
   with title:
   "Steemit Decathlon #1 D1E01 Quickshot - Theme - 'The Jerry's" - Forget Aehab this is Quiquog's revenge Entry #"
   And first first tag #steemdecathlon

2. Figure out who Jerry is go to one of his blog posts, place the meme in a reply and put the message "Quiquog Says hello"

3. Place a copy of the Meme in a reply to this Posting, • and Leave a link to your post in the comments below. This is to help me find it.

There is extra credit to be earned
the extra credit information must be written in the same reply on the posting as your submission with the label "for extra credit"

1. for an extra participation point, please tell me something you learned from Jerry's posts.
   You can not repeat or regurgitate someone else's answers.

2. for a 2nd extra credit participation point :
   name a movie or tv show the other Jerry appeared in (including date) and another actor or actress who appeared in it with them

3. Finally for each of your entries you must upvote someone else's Meme in this contest and reply why you did it.

The top 3 places will split the reward pool for this event 50, 30 , 20 (you can only win one reward per event)
Points will be distributed as outlined in the FAQ.

The winners will be announced here and the leaderboard will be on Steeminati.com after the events close.

BTW remember the goal here is to have the whales participate with us....
