Working on a trading bot

Hello all, for the past week or so I have been writing the code for a trading bot for steem vs sbd on the internal market...

My plans with this bot is to start up a little investment fund -> which operates in rounds.

For example sunday we Open up deposits for 6 hours, then the bot closes deposits, marks everyone's % of the fund / and starts trading... / then next sunday / profits are distributed back to the people who made deposits the week before. then it opens the window for the next round again and continues this cycle every week.

This bot operates on securing small profits through out the day as the price shifts... I am not fully launched yet, but I have tested the functionality and it seems to be working as intended...

Currently I am just re-writing the way the bot stores data / adding a database for order history, however I plan on launching a test round this up comming week.

I know theres not much detail in here, but thats done intentionally, as I dont want to make a promise I cant keep just yet =) but my plans are to run each round for 1 week. then pay everyone back their initial investment + their % of the gains for that week (- 20% fee on profit)

for example if you invest 100 -> and we turn that 100 into 110-> your payout for the week would be 108 (100 initial investment + (10 profit - 20% of profit)

20% might seem high, but I can assure you it is not and it is in place for a few reasons.

1... If I can make 200 dollars a week, why not just run the bot with my own money and keep 100% of the profits instead of 20% of the profits

2... The more profit I make for you the more money I make for myself... If I break even I make nothing... The fee is only on gains.

3... I want to build an insurance fund for the bot -> A pool of money that will be used to cover any losses the bot incures... But I have been working day in and out creating this stragegy and I do not think that losses are going to be an issue.
