Why this error occurs in buying and selling transactions on Steem Engine

This error occurred repeatedly when we transacted on Steem Engine. This error is a serious problem faced by blockchain users.

      this could be due to HF#21 and 22 hiccups. Now should work. Everything working fine at our end.
