Hello @morgan76
Thanks for sharing your post in "Dev's Teaching Team"
Here are the feedback and evaluation results:
Point 1. I understand that you are in favor of a proprietorship business as you are running a laundry which you have started after working in another laundry for two years, fair enough. 1.75 /2
Point2. I agree you don't need a partner at this stage of your business but I would have loved it if you mentioned whether you have any supporting staff or you are doing all on your own and also what equipment do you use. 1.5 /2
Point3. Now I understand that you are aware of the advantages and disadvantages of partnership in business so you prefer to run your business solo, fair enough. 1.75 /2
Point4. I can see you have plans to add partners and train your staff for various purposes to run your business. I suggest you should hire trained staff because training staff in your kind of business is neither practical nor cost-effective 1.5 /2
Quality 1.5 /2
I hope you enjoyed your glass of wine. I wish you a flourishing business.

Thanks for the awesome review @dove11
Laundry business is different from any other business; before employing any staff, they will have to pass through training to ensure they don damage customers clothes or shoes.
Looking for experienced laundry workers is not that easy.
Moreover I have my own strategy of running my laundry business, I do things way difference from others, my price, brand, and packaging is way difference, so anybody coming to work for me have to master my strategy and work like me so they can represent me when ever am not at work.
