I was onsite at the Worksite at 3.40am this morning, i had been asked to go in and have a look at a process they do just in between 4am & 6am.

However as soon as i arrived they told me that their Warehouse Management System (WMS) had been down since 7pm last night.

⛓️‍💥⛓️‍💥⛓️‍💥⛓️‍💥⛓️‍💥⛓️‍💥⛓️‍💥⛓️‍💥⛓️‍💥⛓️‍💥⛓️‍💥⛓️‍💥⛓️‍💥⛓️‍💥⛓️‍💥

That meant i could not do what i needed to do, so i waited around and had multiple cups of coffee hoping the WMS would come back online but it didn't.

It did come back online just after 6am but i had been told to look at the Milk picking starting at 6am, even with the WMS back up and running it was running like crap for a while.

It did stabilize after 8am and i spent the next 4-5 hours following people picking Milk orders - thrilling i know!

I left site at 1pm and made the drive back to my Hotel, then around 3pm i decided to go the the Supermarket to get something for dinner.

After 2 straight nights of Salmon & salad i had a hankering for either Roast Chicken or that yummy Roast beef, went for the latter.

I also got some Potato salad and some Strawberries for snaking on, while there i checked out some Soap to take back home with me.

This is supposed to be a nice soap and we can't get this brand in NZ anymore so i thought why not!

Tomorrow will be another early start 4am and i hope the WMS is working so i can do what i need to do between 4am & 6am.

I now only have 2 nights left in Melbourne before i drive the 3 & half odd hours up to Wodonga where the next work assignment starts next Monday.

I have had my dinner and will just relax for the rest of the day, i hope your Friday is going as well las mine is.
