Hello everyone!
I am coming up to write this post by following the concern of the Steemit team. I saw several comments from @steemcurator01 and @steemcurator02 to not use the #teachingteam tag. Here are the comments from the team where they are stopping to not use this specific tag.
The importance of this direction appeared in front of me when I was exploring the new applications from the users for the season 22. I searched for this specific tag and except to see just the applications I became confused by seeing simple homework posts under this tag. I was wondering why I am seeing a post which is just 2 hours old today (6, December) but the deadline for the applications was 4 December. But after opening and seeing the content and title I came to know that it was not an application post but a homework post from a student.
Actually the users think if they use this tag then they will get more attention and rewards but in my opinion they are wrong just using this tag cannot generate more rewards for you but it creates confusion to differentiate the teaching teams applications from the general posts.
Solution
We need to cope with this issue and I think I have a solution in my mind. Every teacher should mention in their post in the rules and regulations that the students should not use #teachingteam tag. In this way we can convey it to all the users or we can write this suggestion in the @steemitblog's post because all the users read the steemitblog and the rules and regulations before publishing their posts.
In this way it will be easy to differentiate the teaching team applications from all other posts.
