Hi, Fitness hub community. I just discovered this group where I think I really belong this is also my post to verify myself here.
My name is Alfred Solomon from the Philippines, 24 years old of age and currently employed as an HR Specialist.
Bachelor degree holder and a proud volunteer for the children suffering from cancer and an advocate for coffee farmers here in our country.
I love working out especially outside and bodyweight exercises, running also boxing.
I do paintings using acrylic and poster in my free time.
I joined Steemit last year when the pandemic starts I just discovered this at Publish0x and from this my crypto journey started.
I can contribute to this community by simply sharing some thoughts about fitness, I was also once an employee of the fitness industry so I think it's good to share this.
