Heat the oil, add a little salt and grate the onion first. And then slice some green chillies. When the onion turns yellow, add garlic paste and fry. When folded, add half a cup of water. Now add chilli and turmeric powder. Can give some more water. Drain well and remove the oil. Mixing tomatoes will make the oil rise. Now add the fish. Ah, the mind is filled. Mix well. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes. Shake once or twice, just like that. Look at the final salt, add it if you like, add it before if you don't like. Now sprinkle coriander leaves. The fire will go out.
