Stellabelle's Steemfest2 Contest Entry: Transforming Society From Scarcity To Abundance. Give, not to get.steemCreated with Sketch.

Thank you @stellabelle for the opportunity to participate in your Steemfest2 contest.
Here's how I would transform society from scarcity to abundance:

Give, not to get.

Give without an expectation of getting anything in return from the person you have given to.

The recipient does not owe you anything in return.

You explain that what you are doing for him in only with the expectation that he would consider doing this for someone else, whenever he has the ability and/or capacity.
Having received, you have the opportunity
to build your own circle of goodness.

The killer app for this principle is getting people out of debt; out of languishing in jail for debts.

I've helped you clear your debt &
       get out of jail.
I don't want anything from you.
       You don't owe me anything.
All is ask is that you consider doing
exactly this for someone else whenever
       you see an opportunity.

Greed shades people's heads, and whatever they do they do it to receive something in return. Resteemed.

wow, solid plan you have for getting others out of debt. Thanks for entering my contest

Once again, thank you @stellabelle for creating this contest.

If it was not for the inspiration & encourgement from you, @goldmatters & @papa-pepper, I'd have moved on from @steemit long ago during the flagging experiments.
I'm honoured for the opportunity to participate in this contest.

your idea is a good one for sure, as people in debt do need help.....I'm glad a few people can make a difference....I knew from the beginning that this was a giant social experiment....it has changed a lot from early days.....so there's hope that we can change even more.

.I'm glad a few people can make a difference.

Yes, @stellabelle

Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed, citizens can change the world. Indeed, it is the only thing that ever has.
Margaret Mead

good one! I was raised thinking that we can make great changes. My mother worked for the people her whole life, and taught me solid things, like standing up for oneself....and she is the most color-blind person...she doesn't have a racist cell in her body. My parents taught me all this.

Thank you, @stellabelle

and she is the most color-blind person...she doesn't have a racist cell in her body.

Yes, from the very limited interaction I've had with her on @steemit, your mother @jiggs is a kind-hearted lady. You are truly blessed.

The more I see other parents & how their children interact with them, the more I realize how favoured I have been to be blessed with my father & mother.

Hey, Wow, sounds like you guys have a sindicate of sorts operating there. Praying on the vulnerable. That is just soooo wrong!!! Promises of wealth while just simply sucking it back into the system (smart cars, nice house etc)... I love the way you try and help the newbies :):) Geezzz, It's like being thrown into the deepend (I mentioned that somewhere else before) and swim or sink. So therefore, the guidance and examples aren't always right from those that should be guiding :) Anyway, great post man!!! The technicalities of the paying it forward concept will have it's own challenges however with some guidance ALL of us can make things happen for the improvement of everyone that works at it :):) I wish I could just re-GIF the GIF. Awesome stuff:) Phew, undid my vote because I thought I drained my voting power but re-did it because I was wrong... ohhh the delayyy tragidy I'm stuck with :):) Sorry, done updating the comment:) Cheers!!!

Thank you, @therneau

I wish I could just re-GIF the GIF.

You can.
Take your pick.

Amazing post like always :)
