we were so spoiled at steemfest in lisbon, portugal. it had been a very long time that i had been waited on. when i was a kid my mum was the pa to the catering department at the local college, some wednesday nights i would go along and she would be marking them on their ability to deliver the food, quality, serving -- all of it. she told me all about silver service and i will never forget it until this very day. i realise i enjoy understanding the process of how things hold together and where things can be improved. i'm a stickler for details.
