Just wanna share my homemade buchu-kimchi

All ingredients adjust to your liking
garlic chives (washed and drained)
fish sauce and /or saewoojeot
sugar
glutinous rice flour (maybe a tablespoon or two)
gochugaru
sesame seeds
just cook the glutinous rice flour with few Tablespoons water.
season with fish sauce and sugar, add the gochugaru.
Geently rub the seassoning mixxture alll over the garlic chives to evanly coat them.

Enjoy it freshly made or let it ferment for the flavor to develop.
