Somedays ago I made Luchi & chicken curry. Now I'm going to share the recipe with you....

Luchi & Chicken curry

Here is our Luchi & Chicken curry. Luchi is a kind of flour bread which is crispy & chicken curry is a curry which is made of chicken & many others spices.

Now I'm going to describe you about making it.

Luchi :

Articles of food :

  • Flour 250 grams
  • Soybean oil
  • Salt
  • Sugar

Procedure :

First you have to take the flour in a dry container. Then mix 1 teaspoon of sugar and half teaspoon of salt with flour. Then mix two tablespoons of soybean oil with the flour. Make a soft dough using a little amount of water. It should be covered for half an hour.
After half an hour, you have to mix the dough again with hand and cut it into small round pieces. Then you have to take the small pieces of round dough and roll them with a small roller. Finally fry it in oil on a pan.

Chicken Curry:

Materials

  • Chicken 1kg
  • Soybean Oil
  • Chopped onion 5 pieces
  • Garlic paste 2 teaspoons
  • Ginger paste 1 teaspoons
  • Cumin paste 2 teaspoons
  • Bay leaves 2 pieces
  • Dried chilli powder 2 teaspoons
  • Salt
  • Turmeric
  • Potato slices
  • Cinnamon and Cardamom

Procedure:

At first cut the meat into small pieces. Pour the soybean oil into the pan and heat it. Then you've to pour the onion into the hot oil. Ginger paste and garlic paste should be given after frying the onion for a while. Next chilli powder, cumin paste, salt, turmeric should be given. After that you have to mix the meat with the frying spices. The meat should be boiled in this way. Potatoes should be given at the end of boiling. After that some water should be added. When the water starts to boil 2 pieces of cinnamon,2 cardamoms and bay leaves should be given. After that you have to cover it with a leave and cook it. After 25-30 minutes it will be cooked.

FInally it's ready to serve with luchi.
