Hello everybody hope you all are well, today I'm going to show you my routine, what I did today.
Morning :
I wake up around 7.00am, then I had my breakfast, I love dal chawal and I had dal chawal
Then I went to gym, today was my chest day
I did 3 chest exercises
- Bench press
- Inclined bench press
- Cable Flys
3 sets, 8-15 reps
Evening:
At evening I slept because I'm sick these days because of fever, doctor said I need rest but he allowed me for exercise so I was really happy.
Night :
Then I wake up at night and went for a walk, I love to walk alone because I feel very relaxed
