The uprising of techological advancement is unbeatable. It is now plays an important role in our society. We are now in the digital era where almost everything in the world are controlled digitally. Though it provides advantages, but admittedly, this technology can be a threat to humanity in such a way it would replace humans in their workplace.

Today, I am attending Philippine Impact Sourcing Conference. As I was listening to the keynotes, I was enlightened from the fear of losing jobs due to technological advancement. How? I never thought that there exist a government program that uses technology and people to create more jobs. What makes it more interesting is that, they are reaching out to regions where technological advancement is slow and people are not really technologically acquainted. The program provides equipment to train people to become an online trainors, web designers, graphics designers, digital marketers, online sellers. Their testimonies were so touching. As they say, they never knew that could alleviate their financial status at the comfort of their homes.

I am so glad that there are more @surpassingoogle out there who are ready to lend a helping hand for the less-fortunate individuals.

More power and God bless you more.

This is actually what I'm waiting to arrive in my city. I truly crave to learn the highly coveted skills mentioned in your article. Aside from better employment opportunities, it will also enable me to become a freelancer and be financialy independent.

There is a government program specifically DICT. They have this Rural Impact Sourcing. They train you to become an entrepreneur and infact, some of them are already creating their Rural BPO's in their respective community.

Yup, I'm aware of the program I'm just hoping it will arrive in my city soon. I'm very excited and happy that our government started this initiative.👍
