This type of seaweed is called 'guso' here in Davao City. You can buy a small bag of this for only 20Php ($0.40 USD). A healthy kind of food that is very rich in Iodine.
To make a salad, below are the ingredients:
- Seaweed or Guso
- Onion
- Pepper (minced)
- Ginger
- Lemon or Kalamansi
- Vinegar
- Cucumber
- Red Chili
- Bellpepper
- Salt
Procedure:
1. Pour hot water into the seaweed and leave it for about 3 minutes. Remove the water.
2. Slice onion, ginger, bellpepper, cucumber and chili into small pieces.
3. All the measurements of each ingredient depends on your taste. You just put all these ingredients in a bowl and mix evenly.
4. Then it's ready to be served!
As easy as that!

I think sea grape has these round and tiny bubble-like thingy in its branches that pops inside our mouth when we chew it. This one has none but almost has same taste.
