Roast spice: 2 table-spoon capsicum powder, 3 cinnamon powder, 1 teaspoon of Shahijira, 1 teaspoon turmeric powder, 1 teaspoon jayattri and one nutmeg-powder. For chicken marine treatment: 1 teaspoon salt, 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste.
