It is more like 75 for you and 25 shared among curators. esteem has a small cut from its users but i think it is small, not very sure but i think it is really small but they incentivize or return to users by upvoting users of esteem. they use most of their cut for maintaining etc. best person to answer that fully is @good-karma owner of esteem
