Revolut is able, through its app, to provide low cost travel insurance without any of the usual hassles and paperwork. The pay-per-day travel insurance that covers medical and dental, is computed based on the geolocation feature in the app. You will only get charged for the days when you were away from your home country.
The other great features are:
- Download and enroll very quickly
- Opt for the plan based on your travel frequency: Pay-per-Day (low volume) or Annual (high volume)
- Enroll your family members to your plan easily if they are traveling with you
Due to the efficiencies achieved, Revolut is able to offer truly low cost travel with great coverage.

Nice one for hunting Revolut, I'm a user and a big fan of their product(s). Have you used the travel insurance? Would be interested to hear from people who have actually claimed. It's hard to justify pros: / cons: because I've not actually used their travel insurance but as a company they're pretty ace. I'm a fan of their chill twitter presence. in theory the biggest plus us the cost, but it's only relevant if you can claim easily.

Thanks for your feedback! I'm afraid that I have not used their insurance product yet. Although when I searched with my SGP IP address, it had a sub-page with the SG extension. So there must be customers from here. During my hunt, I discovered that almost all reviews were highly positive. In fact, their app offers currency exchanges - including cryptos. Revolut is an innovative financial solutions business.
