Before, my body look like a jackass but today i've gain more weight or shall i say fats in my belly and because of that, i always generate more sweat in a couple of minutes when i walk rather than before. Sometimes i eat too much, i'll try to use this app to choose on what i choose eat because i now want to lose weight but not the body as before maybe a little.

Some foods have become silent enemies to humans. Like fish, we are dying by mouth. In addition to the sedentary life, we have assumed some bad eating habits for our organism.
