Pros:

Awesome that it's focussed around markdown as I usually use the standard apple notepad and well it's not that great. The more I use Steem now I find myself wanting to format notes at work in markdown as it's quick and easy.
You can export it into multiple different formats (MD, PDF, HTML) with the paid account.
You can customise the look a feel using themes.
They offer a free version.
Judging by the changelog it seems well maintained with regular updates.
Drag and drop images and files and place them within notes.
They provided the ability to sync notes across multiple devices

Cons:

The PDF and HTML export are only in the paid account, but it's not a deal breaker.
Would be great if you could group the notes to create folders (maybe you can, I've only just found about it, but from my first play you can't)

Overall, thanks for posting, you've provided me with a product I can see myself using regularly, awesome :)

Pros:

This is such a great editor! I normally have struggles in syncing my drafts in phone and in PC. This will definitely save a lot of time and energy since it is already auto-sync
The themes can be customized
It is already focused on Markdown techniques that is very useful for our Steemit posts
It can already count the number of characters and words that you have written. This is a great tool especially for someone who maintains a certain post length

Cons:

Only available on iPhone, iPad, and Mac. It would be better if it is can also be downloaded in windows or Playstore

It has focus mode which helps hides notes and other options when you like to
It has a lot of support on images and photos
It does offer multiple theme where you can choose from
You can export them to HTML, DOC, PDF and many others
A great application on writing
Can be downloaded in Mac Apple Store and App Store
Quickly organized notes using Hashtag

Cons :

It is free but to get the best of it you need to purchase subscriptions in either monthly or yearly depending on your budget

Pros:

It offers the Markdown Techniques and Styles that every users here on Steemit can use. They also have the option which shows the command as well as the command name that will be helpful to newbies in memorizing the mark down techniques.
Previewing your article is made easy. You can’t see anymore the commands after you have put it in your article.
I am amazed with the to-dos list which helps everyone especially in tracking the tasks.
They have multiple exporting file options which is really helpful to students, employed individuals and even bloggers.
Write-ups are categorize with tags which gives an easy way in locating your files.
Supports iphone, ipad, and mac. I’ve been looking for this since iphone itself has really restrictions to most apps. This is really great stuff for iphone users.
Notifications can be set for regular updates.
They also have free version and for premium version, a justifiable payment is offered.

Cons:

so far, I can’t say any cons.

Note to the hunter:
Thank you for sharing this one! I have been looking for this kind of note taking application. Any bloggers, students, corporate workers can really benefit from this one.

It uses hashtags to support faster way of searching data and organizing notes
Your notes will be stored in a plain text so that you can view directly what you wrote
Effortless, secure, and private multi-device sync via iCloud
The core version of Bear for iOS and Mac is free.

Cons:

Advanced featured is not for free. :D
The files or notes are stored individually, would be great if there is something like a file structure wherein you can place it in a categorized folders.

Pros:

Awesome markdown features which let us write less code,
Fabulous themes that go with different times of the day
I love the hashtag features that help to group the works. I can easy access all poems using the hashtag and others through its coresponding tag! That's more than awesome
Being a lazy writer, the todo features would be a good way to keep me writing.

Cons:
With the so lovely document conversion feature, it would have been better if it isn't just in the premium options.
