This is a PS 3 emulator that allows you to play Playstation 3 games on your PC.
You need a strong PC to play PS3 games with RPCS3.
Spec like this should be doable to run RPCS3 games with good speed :
Processor : AMD 6 cores or better, Intel Quad Core or better with Transactional Synchronization Extensions(TSX-NI) instructions.
RAM : 8 GB or bigger
GPU : Vulkan compatible GPU(because so far Vulkan performance on AMD GPU is better than Nvidia, so AMD GPU is better for RPCS3).
OS : Windows 7/8/10 64 bit, Linux 64 bit, BSD 64 bit.
Some popular games are playable from start to finish using this emulator like : god of war 1 + 2, ninja gaiden sigma, tekken 5 + 6, etc.
Sadly some popular games like the last of us still not playable from start to finish.

A very good emulator, and best being open sourced. From the look of things, I would prefer getting a PS3 box than going for emulation, that's because those specs for the PC are not within my reach. Can't say for those who have high end PC, it would be of better experience to enjoy those games.

I'm a gamer so would love to have this emulator if I have a PC powerful enough for it.
People can then play PS3 classics on their computer.
It has tons of games that runs smoothly on that emulator.

Emulators can often break computers. In this case, he wants a powerful computer like this. If you like to play PS3, you should absolutely equip your computer with superior features. I thought this might be a bit expensive.
