Thanks for your hunt but I can not accept it because the product link is already in the database. If the check says product link exists already... it all ends there.
If, like now, it is because of a delisted hunt then the URL will be freed 8 days after the initial hunt. That because people can still edit their hunt as long as the Steem post is active.
Your hunt has been delisted from Steemhunt and know that we do not accept shortens links unless we requested them ourselves or the server wasn’t configured to work with the Steemhunt referrer extension.

If the URL is highlighted as existing already, then it can not be used anymore.
Let me check though why the URL is still locked. That sounds like a bug, unless the codebase has recently been updated to extend the 8 days.

I just heard from tabris that the “lock” on URLs was extended to 14 days to avoid a conflict with another feature. So in 3 days it should be available for hunting. 🦇
