Im not gonna lie, this isnt new for us, youll just be needing a qrcode to scan a link and your done. QR code is more Universal than this type of concept. QRcode or NFC scanners will do for a simpler automatic reading of files or etc. such as documents, information for access and so on.

Interesting app, but I have major privacy concerns. How can I know that the scanned data won't be sent to a server somewhere and misused? I would like an option to ONLY scan the passport using NFC and display whatever information can be obtained

I wish I could have found this product sooner. It would have given me an idea to use OCR to read and output my birth certificate info to an excel worksheet.
I work for an insurance company and they are now utilizing OCR to read customer information from paper to their system. This product aims to achieve that same efficiency. Albeit it only focuses to achieve this by scanning an international driver's license, it is always better to have one fully functional feature than a hundred partially features.
The Smart ID Reader is available for download on the App Store and Google Play. I just hope they don't send your information and store it somewhere without you knowing.

Essential tool that all of us should have. A card where all our information is, such as passport, ID, criminal record, among other much information about us that we can present when going from one place to another. Each and every country should use these cards. Excellent Hunt @golddeejay

we all have different types of ID, cards or so. But without any smart device we can not read the data. This app can help to get the data easily.
But there is also some security issues and chances of data fraud. Imagine, you lost your card and someone finds every single data of yours by this app!
