Pros:

It help users to monitor their health through controlled intake
It detects the kind of liquid you're drinking
It has a USB rechargeable battery
It is leak proof
It help keep you coffee warm at a temperature as high as 45 degrees Celsius
It can be synchronized with other health apps to together monitor your health
It has LED light for giving notifications
It has a vibration alert system to alert you to take necessary action
It is compatible with variety of phones

Cons:
It is a bit expensive for an average user

As for my personal review below :

Pros :

It does track both water and drinks
It has USB Rechargeable battery
Leak proof which guaranteed no spill
It keep track your hydration goals

Cons :

Expensive for a kind of drinking bottle

Pros:

People tend to drink to less during the day, so I like every idea that changes that, because our body and especially our head needs water to work properly
Can be integrated into 3rd party apps like fitbit or apple health, which is a very good point
There are daily goals

Cons:

Quite expensive product for "just" a drinking bottle with measurements
