This is a simple, yet awesome Tabata timer. It’s simplicity and elegance is what makes this one of my favorite fitness apps- I use it myself!
You can set the workout time from 1 to 10 intervals. Each interval is 30 seconds (20 seconds of hard work, followed by 10 seconds of rest.) The typical Tabata workout is 8 intervals, for a total of 4 minutes.

This is really great and works perfect for people doing fast sets or CrossFit and need to count the action great hunt men keep the good work
