What do you do as an individual?
Wash your hands - 20 seconds with soap and warm water.
Covering coughing and sneezing
Apply a face mask if you are sick

  • Cleaning and disinfection
    Social spacing - 6 feet safer than infectious droplets spread
  • remote work - if your work permits
    Get the flu vaccine
    Doctor visits - cancel all unnecessary medical treatments face to face
    Travel - cancel all unnecessary trips anywhere
    Store food and essentials slowly - gradually and responsibly
    Take care of your mental health
  • Read about viruses - get your information quickly
    Keep your mind
