What is RTOS?
Abbreviated by its initials in English RTOS, it is a Real-time operating system.
RTOS systems are used in different devices and for different uses, thanks to the instantaneous response they provide to an input entered by the user.
These systems are commonly used to:
- Control traffic
- Control trains
- Stock Exchange
- Multimed Systems
- Precision surgical devices such as lasers.
Zephyr is an open source RTOS, which is small and scalable, which is ideal for integration into IOT devices.
The main characteristics of Zephyr are:
In addition to all this, it is compatible with many hardware architectures, so it can be used in various devices, it also focuses a lot on security, a key point for which this RTOS stands out.
It should be noted that Zephyr has the support of linux foundation.

hi. personally for me the main question was is this tool in any way compatible with JavaScript. and Yes! Indeed, there's a Javascript Runtime for Zephyr™ OS (ZJS) = JerryScript + Zephyr, which means we can use ECMAScript 5 features, which is great! These days JavaScript is literally everywhere. might be very useful for me in the future, thanks for sharing )
