tails_os is a live operating system, it is working with a usb-stick (min. 8gb) you can make a encrypted persistent partition on the usb and store your pics, vids, docs...
the tor-browser is pre installed, all network connections are routed over TOR.
if you want you can use the electrum bitcoin wallet which is preinstalled to.
i use tails for 6 years now and i´m very happy with this debian based os
