There are two types of programmers, those very good at development and logic, they create great applications and others who know little about this and combine their basic knowledge with a strong base in design, and in this case I include myself there since I have been a webmaster for over 10 years, my strength is design, not programming, although I know a little about it.
Searching here and there I found this wonderful framework, ironic by its name and that I am from Venezuela, but I like it.
It's fast, complete and simple but powerful to build a website quickly and concentrate on design, logos and more.
It has many teaching videos and is very complete and I invite you to try it.
