This Application Is Cool:
Stargazing has been a delight for Universe Enthusiasts and Kids. Combine it with AR and it creates a beautiful way to learn more about the cosmic bodies. With this application you can see stars, constellations, planets, satellites, comets etc. simply by holding you camera towards the sky and look into it. Widen your learning horizon by checking out the upcoming events like solar eclipse, lunar eclipse, Full Moon Day etc. Very Simple and Easy to use with a quirky UI Design. AR is pretty fast and creates a wonderful experience for the user.
You can know what's in your night sky and recognize each celestial body quickly and gain immense knowledge about its whereabouts. Can be used by people of all ages as well!
There is a built in Compass that helps you navigate towards your favorite star and obtain it's direction at various points of time. Quite Interesting! Voice description is missing though.
