Hunter's comment

Ah.... I was excited about this game until I looked into it.
0xUniverse is a Cryptocollectible game where you use the Ethereum blockchain to explore planets with your spaceships. It could be very cool...

...however, it's being built in Russia and the Russian government are blocking access to their servers.

When will governments learn to embrace blockchain technology instead of fighting it at every step?

I still think this game has potential, even if their roadmap isn't fleshed out and their Twitter account has 19 followers. I like their art style and I really like the idea of discovering planets.

Great hunt! I wonder some issues that may arise with this project:

  1. So, this game requires an actual spaceship to see my planet I purchase? Or, it will be VR game.
  2. Are the planets exactly the same as the ones already discovered so far?
  3. The website honestly looks like little scam site... especially their plan to launch. There are no any details.

Anyway, if my concerns are wrong, it’s indeed gonna be a great blockchain-based digital colletible assets :)

Yeah, I completely agree. I didn't get the impression it was VR at all... just a Cryptokitties style game. It could be a really great idea if implemented well... but I'm not going to hold my breath that it gets finished.

Please explain why do you think that our game is a scam?

My apologies if my word made you annoyed. I just mentioned that because there were not much details about the road map page compared to the very interesting/ambitious game to make. No offence :)

No problems. If you have such an opinion, then we made a mistake somewhere. Thanks for the feedback!
