ULOG # 5 Second day of Cooking- banana empanadas- Healthy Alternative for Our Children.

Thanks steemianos friends and of @surpassinggoogle, today I manage to make healthy breakfast to my children Carla and Carlos for their school, and I happened to make them a banana empanadas with cheese. When I gave them to eat, they liked it a lot. It is a healthy alternative because banana has many vitamins and helps my children's healthy growth. I share with you how these delicious empanadas with cheese are made.

Ingredients
2 Bananas
cheese
Sugar
1 pinch of salt
Oil

Preparation

Peel the plantains and place them in a pot with cooking water until they are tender.

Then they are crushed with a fork until they form a dough

Add sugar and salt to taste, and form the dough for the empanadas

place the dough in a smooth part and stretch it, then introduce the cheese.
They are fried on a low heat so they do not burn.
