After having explained this numerous times lol, I just decided to make a video that I can direct people to, for when I'm helping them get started on Steemit.
Hopefully this video will also help some of you new Steemians, as well as those who find it first on Youtube!

Great advices here! You know what: I missed doing a post using the tag #introduceyourself in the beginning because nobody told me to do so. It's much more complicated to get any attention and followership without doing the intro properly. If correctly done it can be an awesome kick-starter.
