My number one resolution this year was to incorporate exercise into my lifestyle. I started running as it seemed to be easy not to mention free. The first few weeks I could not run a KM without stopping . Today I am thankful as I have achieved 13km continuous run for two times a week and I feel so much better health wise.

I am someone who likes cooking and in fact I cook very well. But I often feel lazy to cook and as result I eat junk food which is definitely not healthy.
I am thankful for doing away with laziness and being able to cook and eat nutritious foood. :) I am thankful and grateful for the love of my family, friends and all steemians.
