how do you find the value of a post to transfer to someone else?

lets say i made a post on someone else's behalf, and i want to know the value of that post so i can transfer it to someone else's account.
how do i go about doing that?

blogging reward of 129.154 SD and 3073149.319612 Steem Power

1st part is easy i just transfer 129 steem dollars, but the steem power part .... well i have a total of 800 steem power in wallet account which i need to powerdown to transfer.
but what happened to the 3073149 steem power?

    It's going to take 104 weeks to power down the Steem Power.... The 3073149.319612 is Vests which are converted to $129.154 worth of Steem Power..... If you have enough SD just transfer double the SD amount (129.154 SD*2 = 258.308 SD) and keep the Vested Steem
