For the puff pastry Ingredients: • icing sugar • strawberries • 1 banana
FOR THE PANETTI • 100 gr flour 0 • 400 grams of butter FOR THE PASTLE: • 400 gr of flour • 10 gr salt • 250 grams of water
Preparescion:
Knead the panetto (butter and flour) without working too much, give it a rectangular shape and put it in the fridge for an hour before use. Knead the pastel for a few minutes and let it rest for one hour at room temperature covered by the film. Lay the crayon in a rectangle of about 30x40 cm, put the banner inside and give a single curve; place in the fridge and after half an hour give a double fold. Repeat the previous steps by giving a single curve and then a double making sure to always put in the fridge for half an hour away. Cut squares about 5 cm per side, make a fork and bake at 200/220 degrees for about 10 minutes or until golden.
For Banana cream
Ingredients:
500ml milk
100g sugar
4 eggs York
50g corn flour
2 banana passed through the sieve
Preparescion:
Step 1
Take the milk and put it in a pot, put it in a slow heat and heat it without boiling it.
Step 2
Mix sugar well with egg yolks Add it to sieve corn flour and mix well.
Step 3
When the milk is hot, add the sugar egg and corn flour mixture and mix well add the banana let it thicken when it is ready to pour into a tray and let it cool down.
