We walk past each other without seeing,
As if we were ghosts,
Passing On the Street.

Faces buried in phones, Ears Stuffed with Buds, Wires Dangling,
Preferring to hear the jangle of some Rhyming Fool
Over the music of nature which surrounds us.

Instead of Talking With Each Other,
The world just glides past
Without notice, and we do not see It is gone.

Wake up!
Listen to each other,
Share your Thoughts,
Give your TIME to each
Other!!

Brilliant poem and sadly so true these days I see it all the time especially around NYC

Thank you my friend. It might be wishful thinking, but in some cases,
I think it may be getting better.

We can but hope I do use my devices a lot on the train and such but seldom when walking around or when with others, but that seems to be the exception, but yes lets hope there is a change for the better
