Just a few days ago I posted my Introduction post. When I created that post I hadn't yet created or thought up a way to verify myself. Well and really didn't know a person should with what was going on with posting and fake accounts etc.
Are those a couple of whales behind me??
Since a young age, I have been trapped in a creative mind. It wasn't until this week when I stumbled upon Steemit (by my hubby) that I felt I had a creative space to get some kind of reward and gratification for all the creative mojo that flows within me. From painting my nails, to creating my own recipes to writing a nonfiction based story about of life growing up in the Philippines and dreaming of a life on the other side of the world, it all is inside me wanting a place to explode and share with the world.
So with that, I want to thank the founders @dan @ned, the @whales such as @steemed @dantheman @berniesanders and all the other whales who have the power to kickstart a person's career and offer up a place with meaningful rewards to content creators here on Steemit!
Now, I haven't become an overnight success or been one of those who have killed it here so far on Steemit. But I am one of those who found a home, who is here to stay and you all might as well get used to seeing me around sharing recipes I've created, stories I have wrote or maybe anything else I feel like sharing. I have stayed up hours upon hours educating myself on Steem and how it works, and I can tell you I am excited and dedicated to being here.
I will #Steemit forward becoming a #femalewhale in a male dominated whale market!
