Additional Deputy Inspector General (DIG) Md. Moniruzzaman has applied for voluntary retirement from police service. . He is currently working in Khulna-Barisal Division of Tourist Police.
Sunday, he applied for retirement from the service to the senior secretary of the public security department of the Ministry of Home Affairs. The Receive and Despatch Branch of the Tourist Police Headquarters has received the application form.
In carrying out this order, many people including children and teenagers have been killed by field level policemen on the violent and barbaric order of top level police officers in order to prolong their own power and illegal money earning in the name of protecting the illegal government, in view of which the Bangladesh Police Force has now become a public enemy.
Additional DIG wrote in the application for retirement, "Awami League government fell in August 5 student coup. In the previous few days and in the past 10 years, the relevant ministers of the Awami League government had to obey illegal orders at various times.
In the voluntary retirement application, the police officer wrote, 'I understand that it is not suitable for me to serve in the Bangladesh Police Force anymore.Due to this, on August 11, I voluntarily retired from my post in the police.
At the end of the application. Moniruzzaman wrote, 'I am not willing to serve in the police force as a hater of the people of Bangladesh. I voluntarily retired from the job
