How to develop apps on steem platform? Can someone guide me?

I want to decentralized apps on steem platform, like steemit.

Does any one know good sources to read and learn??

I read this awesome post:

I am following developer portal.
https://developers.steem.io/

But I am finding difficulty while coding..
Is there some builtin third party libraries which can ease out the work ??

Please show me some path.
