Talk about a mixed picture! Yesterday Bitcoin hit $57k and held its position until earlier today, but the Alts are down overall 8% which is disappointing. We were all expecting a nice shift upwards for the Alts but alas it wasn't to be and now Bitcoin has dropped to $55,500.

The general trend is usually that when Bitcoin goes up the Alts move in parallel, albeit a delayed parallel move sometimes. However, we also see this pattern where Bitcoin rallies and the Alts drop, usually to do with swathes of people rushing to ditch their Altcoins and buy Bitcoin.

Sadly Steem is down about 5% from yesterday but fret not we still have high hopes that we have moved into a greener period which will hopefully sustain a while. At the time of writing Steem is trading at around $0.60, which is not a bad performance by any measure.

It was great to see Bitcoin holding its position at $57k, hopefully this bullish spirit we're seeing will gather a new momentum and push back towards the $60k line, and then dare we say it, yes we will - could Bitcoin reach a new high?

Bitcoin will reach a new ath this 2021 Q4.

That's my prediction for Bitcoin. I think we're still bullish, but then I'm beginning to have a feeling that Bitcoin will prove itself to be the king of Cryptocurrency by hitting a new all time high while all other major Alts might not be able to pull through with a new ath before the year runs out. But notwithstanding, it's another great day to add more Alts to my holdings 😎

I was also disappointed with the bearish movements of tokkens, I came to think that bitcoin would take tokens on their ascendant journey. I really appreciate this information dear friends @acom

Bitcoin has been behaving formidably, trending above the all time high, maybe the Steem low will be an impetus to look for $0.70 this week.
