I feel that this is going to be a good sacrifice for my health, although it's going to be hard, I'm going to commit to a full time pescatarian. I feel that eating all vegetables and fish is better for your health, and I am getting the proteins that I need from fish. And since I go fishing all the time, getting my hands on fresh fish won't be a problem.
I feel that when I have a pescatarian diet, I will lose more weight and become leaner. This is going to be hard, because don't get me wrong, I would love to eat a nice big juicy 16 ounce steak or a whole bucket of fried chicken. Doing this will really require some will power and mental strength because usually, I eat quite a bit of meat.
My plan
I have thought out a plan for this whole journey and am ready to tackle this challenge.
I am going to keep track of my weight throughout this whole thing and make updates here on steemit on how it's affecting my weight and what i'm eating. I am of course going to go the gym regularly as well. So we'll see how this plays out.
But I have faith I can make some changes during this journey. Thanks for reading my posts, thanks to my supporters so much, you guys mean alot. And keep steeming!
